The property, located on the 2nd floor, has been recently renovated in a very quiet building in the heart of the historic center which has only three residential units. Furnished in a simple but modern way with all that is necessary to spend a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and have a small but very equipped kitchen. The TV room is separate with two comfortable sofas. In addition, we do not neglect the convenience of getting off and finding everything available with the best shops of all kinds.
We look forward to seeing you, we look forward to introducing you to our city that hides unique wonders: the Basilica of San Valentino plus our patron, the Cascata delle Marmore one of the highest in Europe, Lake Piediluco where rowers train for the most important international competitions.

Always in proximity there is Via Cavour where the nocturnal "nightlife" of the city begins which has its highlight not far away in Via Fratini one of the crossroads of the same. Here you can find Pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, bars for all tastes.
