Come and experience Bearadise, where comfort meets adventure in the heart of Alpine Lake Resort. This charming 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bath cabin is perfect for families, friends, and group getaways, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.

📌 Important Info Before You Book (Please Read)

❄️ Winter Weather & Road Conditions
AWD or 4WD with adequate snow tires is REQUIRED during winter months.

Alpine Lake Resort and surrounding roads experience snow, ice, and rapidly changing winter conditions. For environmental reasons, roads are NOT treated with salt or chemicals and are maintained only with cinders, which can result in slick, snow-packed, or icy surfaces.

There are multiple steep hills throughout the resort and nearby roads, making travel extremely difficult — and at times impossible — for vehicles without proper winter capability. Front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and all-season tires are often insufficient, even for experienced drivers.

Guests who arrive without appropriate vehicles or tires may be unable to access the property, and refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, road conditions, or vehicle limitations.

We strongly recommend:

AWD or 4WD vehicles

Proper winter/snow tires (not all-season)

Allowing extra travel time during snow events

❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 to book. A valid driver’s license is required. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.
🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home. A $200 penalty applies if evidence is found.
🐾 No Pets Allowed: A $500 fee will apply for unpermitted pets.
🧴 What’s Provided: Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, sponge). Guests must bring additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, and dish soap.
🌡 No A/C: Mountain breezes keep the home comfortable during warmer months.
🔥 Main Floor Fireplace: Non-functional.
🚗 Parking: Gravel parking area only (2–3 cars max). No parking in the grass.

No pets
No smoking in the home-if smoking outside please dispose of trash/butts appropriately.
Park only in the gravel driveway, do not park in the grass.
Put out any fire before bed.
Trash must be placed in the bear box and secured.
Lock all doors and windows.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find an indoor pool, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This cabin also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
