This was my 14th or 15th stay here, as I come to Terrace often for business. This has usually been my go-to hotel, however over the past few years it is beginning to show signs of a lack of upkeep. Frayed and torn blackout blinds, wall fixtures coming loose, some of the USB ports not working, little details that become noticeable over time. A little bit of attention to these details would bring everything right back up to snuff! Notably, the in-room television system is woefully out of date. In an age where many hotels allow you to log into your streaming services directly on their TVs, this hotel just has a few basic cable channels. If you have a Roku or Chromecast, at least there are HDMI ports so that you can plug your own stuff in. There are a couple of more recently constructed hotels in terrace, and I will probably be giving them a try the next time I'm in town. The breakfast buffet is still as good as ever. The pancake machine is always a hit.

All the computer desks and sitting area in the lobby were filthy the whole 4 days we were there, nobody bothered to dust them off. The room was fine except the bathtub had thick soap scum/dirt and hair when we arrived. A light Lysol wipe came up black and the soap scum was so bad I bought a scrubby at the grocery store. The property is nice - dining area clean and staff is polite. Breakfast was fine but the lobby and room areas just uncared for ?

The elevators were always filthy on the walls. The garbage cans were quite over flowing. Not once did the staff say hello. The pool had rust and corrosion everywhere.The breakfast was good and the room was decently clean.

Nice place. Clean rooms, nice breakfast area. Pool looked good too, never tried it myself though. Walking distance to restaurant and bar. Out of the way for shopping. Smoking area was cold and breezy but easy access out front. Seen a dog there so I guess pets are allowed.
