Spacious and well-kept, this is a 5-bedroom villa in Loro Ciuffenna with a private swimming pool. It is panoramically situated in the Tuscany hills, between Arezzo and Florence. The villa is perfect for a large family, two smaller families, or a group of up to 12 friends. _x000D_ _x000D_
In the direct surrounding, you will find many typical villages with lovely little restaurants and authentic architecture. At 2 km, you have the town center for enjoying the street life and strolling. Restaurants and supermarkets are also at 2 km. The lake at 5 km is great to enjoy sunsets. From here, it is easy to reach the towns of Florence, Arezzo, and Siena. _x000D_ _x000D_
The villa offers all the comfort and has ample space for everyone. It has a private fenced garden for relaxing or playing with children. You can cook delicious recipes in the large kitchen. Familievakantie, twee weken lang verblijf in deze villa tussen Toscaanse heuvels met veel ruimte voor iedereen plus een privézwembad dat erg welkom was tijdens hete middagen. De grote keuken maakte samen koken gemakkelijk, en dankzij de omheinde tuin konden de kinderen veilig buiten spelen zonder zorgen. Echt waar voor je geld als je comfortabel wilt verblijven zonder gedoe.

Sehr gut vom Besitzer und seinem Sohn erhalten. Der Besitzer kann sich auf Englisch bedienen, hatte aber seinen Sohn, der besser Englisch spricht. Sie erhalten auch Flaschen Wasser und ein Gericht mit verschiedenen Wespentypen und einen Kuchen in der Mitte der Ferien. In einigen Gegenden könnte die Unterbringung eine Auffrischung gebrauchen: neues Badetuch, manchmal Stromausfall (wäre aber im ganzen Dorf ein Problem, wenn alle von der Arbeit nach Hause kämen), sehr viele Mücken.
