External Description

Villa Penna is located in the Tuscan countryside of Valdarno, near Loro Ciuffenna. Surrounded by a well-kept fenced garden with lawn, the villa boasts a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 240 cm), open from May 15th to September 15th, and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, external shower, and lounge corner.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a spacious patio provided with two sofas and a dining table for alfresco meals.

Lastly at guests' disposal a private parking for 4 cars and a barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.

We kindly inform our esteemed guests that the villa is situated in a quiet residential area. We therefore ask you to respectfully preserve the neighborhood’s tranquility by refraining from hosting parties and keeping noise to a minimum, particularly between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM and after 10:30 PM.

Internal Description

Villa Penna is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms except the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Basement floor: In the basement you will find a small gym (equipped with treadmill, bench, ball and weights) and a lounge room with pool table, table football, library, dining table and chairs.

Ground floor: The ground floor hosts a large and bright living room, elegantly furnished with: a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs, fireplace and tv. Following is a spacious dining room with a table for 10 people, and a modern kitchen endowed with: oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hob, and a small breakfast table.

Also on this floor there is a triple bedroom (with 3 single beds) and private bathroom with shower.

First floor: On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, divided as follows: a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with private terrace and ensuite bathroom (with shower and hot tub); two double bedrooms (including one with private balcony) and ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities.
