Enjoy its two terraces: one on the roof facing due south, the other at the back, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for summer meals. Push open the entrance door and discover a large living space of nearly 45m2. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. Share your meals around the dining table perfect for 7 people. In the evening, gather in the living room around the sofa, coffee table and television.



Behind the kitchen, the first bathroom includes a shower, toilet and a hairdryer. A first bedroom is located at the back of the living room, with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a single bed (120x190 cm) and a dressing area.
