There are better options

This is a brand new hotel that looks great on the surface, but has multiple issues in the finishes. The front desk staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful when we had an issue with our room. I called the front desk, and took photos of the damages and trash left behind from previous occupants, but the front desk staff seem to have no idea how to respond.

The room was decent however when we arrived there were rags stuffed in the bathroom door to hold it open. There were no guest intructions in the room and for the price we paid i would have thought there would have been a free breakfast. Overall the casino and hotel were nice.

We were confused as to why our room wasnt ready when we arrived. There was no comfortable space in which to wait: we were there for a medical appointment rather than to gamble and the hour-long wait to get in a room was annoying. The hotel and room were spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
