It's summertime and relaxing is easy...at the LAKE! Charming lake house with dock, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, or just kicking back and relaxing. Located on Fall Mountain Lake. Private fresh-water community lake with 75 foot of shoreline. There are 2 private sandy beaches, basket ball court, playground and picnic area available to use. What are you waiting for…Winter? Winter here is also great. Ice skating on the ice lake, ice finishing, skiing, etc.

House was recently fully renovated inside and outside.

Two large slider doors lead to a spacious deck with view of the lake! Outdoor shower with hot/cold water
100 feet of lake shoreline with private dock. Wireless internet. Swim, boat, kayaking, sail, fish. (no gas motors allowed on the lake or outside/unregistered boats). Easily sleeps 6.
House is equipped with multi-split AC system (heat/cool). Electric heating in every room.
