Villa Tronciu is a beautiful independent house surrounded by a private garden with views of the mountains and the sea of the Marina di Tertenia.

At your disposal, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a third room with a single bed. In the living area you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your living room, sofa in the dining room with TV, bathroom with shower and bidet. Outside, private parking, barbecue area, outdoor shower and a beautiful veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside and the beach of Foxi Murdegu. It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorbike because of the lack of public transport.

The Marina di Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to beaches with pebbles, to coastal trekking trails. In the area there are two main beaches with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area you can find kiosks offering food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and two supermarkets. The main village of Tertenia is 10/15 minutes by car and here you will find all other services such as ATM, petrol station, post office and further restaurants and supermarkets.
