This feedback is for a hotels.com more so that it is for residence. The listing on hotels.com when I was booking it at 10 PM should’ve notified me that there was going to be no one at the front desk or it should’ve notified the hotel that someone was going to be showing up I had to wait close to a half an hour for an individual to show up on site and let me into my room and I could’ve been an hour down the road

The pan in the kitchen had food caked on it - tried to clean it but to no avail. Microwave did not heat up. The hot water was not working on the last night we stayed there . Beds were clean and comfortable.
