In need of major updates. Everything looked old the doorknobs & locks in the doors were inadequate (as in not working). The only good thing was the water pressure. There weren’t enough towels stocked in the room for two people. The desk clerk was nice enough but even she seemed embarrassed by the condition of the hotel & kept apologizing

The floors were not very clean. Outside there was trash everywhere. Old mattresses were piled behind the hotel. The back entry was not working. There was a huge pothole in the driveway entrance. Only one person was there to help with breakfast and checkouts. Breakfast was minimal. We waited for 5 minutes to check out and no one was around.

Shower was cold and didn’t get hot. Linen on both beds were dirty. All but one wall socket was broke. TV turned on but only played audio while the screen was black. No trash cans. The floor was incredibly dirty, like it hadn’t been mopped. But the staff was friendly.

Room need dusted,dresser on bottom had dirt,when I wiped it cam clean Furniture in room was dented,scraped and in need to be replaced.All the staff were excellent.I notified Trash on 3rd floor was stinking,it was beside ice maker.They emptied the trash but a big handmful of dust abd dirt was left by the trashcan.
