first off the check in process was horrible no one knew how to look anything up. Then you have the smell of weed outside in the parking lot and inside your room. Someone staying there had their poor dogs living in the car. Beds are not great but not horrible and the room was clean.no bugs were seen and other then cars zooming everywhere there was no other noise.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

After I checked in, I changed in my pajama's to relax. I noticed a little later that there was no hair dryer in my room. I went to call the front desk & the room phone didn't work, so I used my cell phone. I was told they don't supply them in the room but I could come to the front desk to get one. I asked if they could bring me one & was told no. I rechecked their hotel on the internet & it lists a hair dryer as a room ammenity. I had to redress & go out in the cold to get the hair dryer. I showed the front desk guy their internet site. He claimed it was not their site. So, I go back to my room & went to bed. While I was in the shower at 8:00 am, someone was banging on my door. The door was locked, along with the latch-type lock AND I had put a chair in front of the door for safety reasons. I got out of the shower, peeked around the bathroom door to see what the banging on the door was about & the cleaning person had tried to get in. I guess they realized someone was still in the room & closed the door. REALLY? Doesn't the front desk tell them when people check out?! I complained at the front desk when I checked out & all they had, was excuses after excuses. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! And, I do NOT recommend it to anyone! I guess you get what you pay for! I tried to add a pic of the ammenities to this review to prove my point but it won't let me...figures!
