My second time at this place. It's pretty beat up, rather like Texarkana itself, but it gets the job done. There's a decent Chinese restaurant, a supermarket, and several bars within an easy walk.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept up this hotel is for the price. The outside doesn't look like much but the rooms are lovely. Looks like they had been recently redone with new carpet and the beds were super comfortable.
