Elevator was falling apart, no coffee in my room, said they ran out! No bath Matt or extra towels. Breakfast was at 6:30 am, the time I needed to leave. Would have been nice at 6 am. The entire place was run down. Won’t stay there again.

Floors were dirty and sticky. the Hot tub was out of order. Only one elevator working. Breakfast biscuits were extremely dry and hard. The plastic knives could not begin to cut them

There were fridges in the room that were leaking so bad the places they had them had water damage. Several roaches of various sizes crawling around and squashed to the ceiling.

The property had a weird smell in the hallways, elevator was dirty and vent was hanging from ceiling broken and the bathroom on the room was filled half way with stagnant wanted that was drip leaking in the tub. Bed was hard as a board.

I wanted to give higher ratings but...

Pros:The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Customer service was very good and a credit to the hotel. It seemed to be in a state of renovation. Cons: A lot of light around hotel room doors, unexpected connecting door, suspicious bathroom mirrors, lack of soundproofing, and towels need to be upgraded. Only 1 elevator worked and within that elevator car, only 1 panel worked. I felt very uneasy with my first room in spite of its renovated state. The mirror seemed to be a 2 way. I requested a different room and felt better however it had loud appliances, an old odor/curtains and no soundproofing. Hallway activity kept me up most of the night as truckers rested and left. This place has potential with its staff, cleanliness and location. I missed breakfast due to an early check-out. If appliances, and linens are replaced more frequently and the renovations/upgrades are completed quickly, and more lights added in the front parking lot I wouldn't mind staying again. As it is now...no.

Only 1 elevator the entire 3 days we stayed worked made waiting to go up or down long But the most upsetting part was when you book a hotel that has a breakfast and it is served until 9:00 and you get down there at 8:15 and there's nothing out nothing left that is false advertisement not everybody gets up at 6:30 to go down for breakfast

Nasty pool, 95 degrees in pool room. Lobby and halls, 90 degrees with no a/c. My room after 3 hours was about 90 degrees. Only 1 of 2 elevators was partially working. Asked for refund got screamed at by Stephanie the manager over the phone.

The room was large, bed comfortable. The toilet seat was NOT attached to the toilet. The entry and bathroom floors were slippery after walking on the carpeted area. Overall it was acceptable but could have been better.

Needs work

The elevator kept getting stuck on the 2nd floor and with my medical problems. It was real hard for me to do the stairs. So it was a very much it's poor and yeah, under maintenance building
