Don't book online for this hotel. It is a scam!

The person at the front desk said that "Online reservations are no longer accepted" and that I needed to pay again for the room and ask for a refund here.

Horrible!! No respetaron mi reservacion y contratar en ese momento en el hotel era carisimo, lo poco que vi del hotel parece la casa de Herman Monster. Nunca volvera a ser una opcion de hospedaje y la atencion a clientes de Hoteles.com fue nefasta.

NO RESPETARON la RESERVACION, como EXPEDIA da una tarifa mas baja que la que ellos aprobaron, no respetaron la reserva pero si COBRARON a la tarjeta la supuesta habitación. El personal ineficiente, no te dan una solución y solo te dicen que no pueden hacer valida la reserva y que te retires. NO SE QUIEN MIENTE, EXPEDIA O ELLOS, VAN MAS DE 3 DIAS DEL INCIDENTE Y EXPEDIA NO DA SOLUCIÓN NI EL REEMBOLSO.

Muy sucio

Muy sucio, habia excremento de rata en los baños, el lavamanos sucio de pasta de dientes. La regadera era para bañarse con sandalias. Caro para lo sucio. Lastima q es casi el unico hotel en la zona y no hay otras opciones.
