This space provides access to the garden and a balcony. One of the bedrooms is located on the main level and includes a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a mini-oven, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Senseo capsules provided. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and a separate toilet room with a double hand-basin on the main level.

The upper floor of the vacation rental features a lounge area with sloping ceilings. The second bedroom on this level also has sloping ceilings and includes another French bed of the same dimensions (140 cm wide, 190 cm long). There is also a shower room with a toilet on the upper level. The house is equipped with both electric and wood heating systems.
