This hotel is older. The rooms were just okay. No elevator and lots of walking. Restaurant was understaffed.

Food was good at the restaurant and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. The room was great, but the restaurant is not open for breakfast but they do have a small coffee shop that serves a few different breakfast items. I would stay here again.

The property was nicely updated and well maintained. The facility seemed designed with care. My room's heating unit made a terrible noise when the compressor would come on, but other than that, the room was fantastic.

The property was so noisy between the refrigerator firing up every 10 minutes, the in-room heater (even noisier than the refrigerator), freeway noise and some guy dropping a lid on what sounded like an industrial strength dumpster I got almost no sleep. It was a nightmare stay! It also looks like this facility was fairly recently renovated. I can’t understand why you would remove carpet from guest rooms as it provides sound damping properties for the people below you. The guest rooms are all luxury vinyl and you can hear every footstep.

Excellent overnight stay

We had a nice room overlooking the dam. Parking was easy. When we entered the room, the air condition was on, making it nice and cool for sleep. Coffee was free in the morning before we took off for a 2-hour drive. The staff were friendly both in the morning and in the evening when we checked in. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming. The linens were good and the blinds were sun blocking for sleeping in.

Noise is a problem. Initially I was given a suite on the ground floor but the sound of guests walking non-stop upstairs was too prominent. The staff was nice enough to move me to the second floor in the older wing that had a nicer view of the water. Unfortunately the walls are thin as well, we could hear the couple next door fighting (with some cussing) ‘til 9pm and every slamming of doors at nearby rooms. We left around 7:30am and found some guest did not clean up after their dog’s mess on the staircase. The price is okay but I think I’ll just pay a bit more next time.

The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It would be a nice touch to have complimentary water in the room or offered at check-in along with a cookie. :) The staff were very friendly, and there’s complimentary coffee available in the lobby as well as plenty of parking. There’s a good restaurant onsite, but not much else close by, you’ll need to drive at least 10 minutes for other options.

The room above us was very noisy with kids. We ignored it but at night it was difficult especially since many rooms were vacant. Why were we placed like this? Our room's floor hadnt recently been cleaned. There was a film on it making your feet dirty. The shower was clean but def needs updating. Thank you for everything.
