Front desk staff was friendly and quickly got me checked in, I really appreciated have a luggage rolling rack to load my stuff on to get it to the room. Room was comfortably heated and very nice appearance. Like the abundance of good reading lights on desk and bed stands. I'd come again.

The floor had a big sticky area over by the windows. We discovered it when we first enered the room. It was iver by the windows. My husband walked right through it and then his shoes made a sticky sound everyhwere afyer he walked through it. The pillows are not normal pillows. They are squares and thicker and harder than most couch pillows. Its December and there was no real balnket on the bed. Just sheets and a comforter that was as thick as 2 sheets. My husband went andnaskednfor a blanket and we got a ultra thin blanket that was about the thickness of a tshirt. Maybe a tiny bit thicker. We tried to sleep, it was cold. Our necks hurt so bad frim the hard thick pillows. My husband had to use a towell. My neck hurt so bad that I couldnt sleep. I had to go out of the room and sit in the lobby and watch tv because i was trying to give my husband some wuitness so he could sleep. The desk clerk was super kind and gave me a real pillow. When I went back in the early morning I couldnt sleep at all. My husband was still up as he couldnt sleep. I didnt mention the bed was not soft. The pillows arent pillows and we didnt sleep. We wished we wouldnt have rented the room. We are still soar. Its the next afternoon. I was excited to have a suite as we usually get standard rooms and this was the most uncomfortable room. I didnt mention that we couldnt read the tv guide from the bed either. Although when ingot out off bed and sat on the couch I could finally read it.

Clean room, bed was comfortable but pillows are tiny, breakfast was skimpy. I have stayed there twice within 6 months and their elevator is constantly broken which requires a walk up 3 flights if stairs if on 3rd floor. More of an annoyance than anything. Staff is friendly and price is affordable.

Elevator was broken so I had to drag my stuff up to the third floor. I dealt with it, but that would be a non-starter for anyone with disabilities, and I should have been informed before making the reservation--not after I had already checked in.
