We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was wonderful. Plus, it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. If it’s too loud, put your earplugs in.

charming & comfortable budget hotel

really central location, noisy yes. but if you like the buzz of trams and sounds of life, it certainly can be romantic too... nice older house with a comfortable room and modern, spacious bathroom. this was the annex room, very good value for money at 60e/night.

Very friendly staff! Charming room with a vintage style. Very cute, especially in comparison to other "dorm room" hotels we stayed in on our travels. Just a couple blocks from the beach, and a tram stop immediately outside the front door. Also the quietest hotel we stayed at while traveling. I would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

We arrived, the building is not were you check in, didn't mind, got room on third floor with out elevator, asked to upgrade, that wasn't an option. Unfortunately we had to pay for the night and go to another hottel. We didn't sleep there

Lovely place near the beach

Nice place. Looks like you live in some old palace, but much cleaner and more comfortable. We had problems with WiFi - our room was far from the hotspot and the connection was unstable, so sometimes we went to the hall to load something. The location is great. Only 3-5 minutes to get to the beach, but far from the center - it's much better to get there by bus or tram. BTW you can buy dayly tickets for buses and trams right from the reception.

Location to Beach...Awesome, Room was clean and comfortable. I did miss not having a fridge and a coffee maker: Yet there was a coffee shop at the Circus Theatre across the road on the corner of course all the Beach Restraunts nearby also. This is my second time staying there and will go back...

Wonderful location and value for money gem

I stayed in the annexe room next door to the hotel reception and although it was noisy in the morning ear plugs were provided and at night it was quiet anyway. The room was big and gorgeous and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and the location was second to none pretty much on the beach! In fact it was that good that when I visit again I won’t look further than this hotel. For the money it was top with a prime location

Hotel was okay although I was relocated to the annex building, 0.4 miles away. Very basic. The vending machine also doesn't work, and there was no one around to speak to about it. Cost me 3 EUR. There was no where to check out, so I just left my key in the room.
