Das Ferienhaus sah auf den Fotos absolut wundervoll aus und schien gut geeignet für den Familienurlaub...Leider sah es eben nur so aus. Entgegen der Zusage von Belvilla waren nicht alle Betten bezogen, es fehlte an Handtüchern, an Besteck zum Essen und an allen möglichen Kochutensilien, damit man etwas mit den vorhandenen Töpfen und Tellern hätte anfangen können. Darüber hinaus ist die Raumgestaltung des Hauses "suboptimal". Nur ein Schlafzimmer bietet (sehr begrenzt) Stauraum, sodass wir während unseres Aufenthaltes aus unseren Koffern gelebt haben. Darüber hinaus tragen die vielen Fenster des Hauses dazu bei, dass es sich im Sommer stark aufheizt, da keine außenliegenden Beschattungsanlagen vorhanden sind.Sehr fortschrittlich und leicht war die Meldung der Probleme über eine Chat-KI an das Unternehmen. Die KI ist sehr höflich und jederzeit erreichbar - nur wurden gemeldete Fehler eben nicht behoben. Auch die dritte Anfrage erbrachte keine Reaktion und wir verließen das Ferienhaus, ohne das eine einzige Beanstandung bearbeitet worden wäre. Für ca. 250 pro Nacht hatte ich mehr erwartet und hätte auch einfach Urlaub in einem Hotel machen können.
