The high ceilings and outdoor space were a big draw for us, but when we unfolded the chair into a sleeper, the space felt really crowded and like we were always bumping into something when trying to walk around. Owners were very responsive! I didn't know I'd have to log-in to Expedia and my email to be able to access the key to get into the room. We were traveling internationally, and I had no internet service on my phone, which made this extremely difficult. Luckily my husband had internet on his phone, but logging in as myself was hard with 2 factor authentication and forgotten passwords etc.... The bathroom was very large, but it was impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom floor soaking wet, and therefore trips to the bathroom after showering resulted in wet feet every time. There was AC that worked well, but took some time to figure out the remote. Plenty of shelf space to put our luggage and belongings on around the room.
