Clean room, central. In the description it was an electric kettle, but it was only a coffee machine and when I asked the staff they suggested to use a sousepan instead... In the bedroom they have a absolutely useless wall table what make one almost impossible to go around the bed.

The rooms have a low light feel. It’s really dull. The heating system doesn’t work so well and the toilet remains pretty cold. The pillows are mega uncomfortable. Had terrible sleep. They don’t honour the room they assign to you.

Our bathroom’s light was off. Talked to the lady in charge on Friday’s evening. She promised to fix it first thing in the morning and since the hotel was fully booked, she promised to offer us something to offset this inconvenience. Nothing was done, this is sad news. Room is also noisy, we could hear the neighbours showering. Bad experience
