Chatham recreation Center is the starter shack for two of The villages’ best executive golf courses, Amberwood and Oakleigh. It is a very short golf cart ride to the renowned Nancy Lopez Championship Golf course and restaurant, as well as grocery shopping, shopping and restaurants in the Mulberry Grove Shopping Center. The villa is roughly 20 minutes to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter.
