You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Enjoy the quiet restful atmosphere away from the city lights. Relax in your private bedroom/bathroom
or enjoy a walk through the trees. Soak in the beautiful lake view from the deck or walk along the fenced pasture to visit the sheep.
Less than 10 minutes from Spruce Grove or Stony Plain and 25 minutes to West Edmonton Mall on paved roads.
The space
We are situated on 37 rolling acres, just outside of Stony Plain, and about 25 minutes from west Edmonton. Our home is at the end of a very long driveway! You will pass my parents’ home first but keep driving to the very end to a red house. There is a separate parking area and private entrance into the home. You enter into a large gathering room with a breathtaking lake view. The main level also consists of a half bath and a kitchenette, equipped with a full size fridge with bottom freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven and cookware, dishes, and cutlery.
Just off the gathering room is a private deck overlooking the lake, with seating and a BBQ for your use.
Upstairs from the gathering room is a sitting area and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Guest access
Guests will enter through the private and separate entrance on the southeast side of the home. Guests can access all areas of that part of the home. There are locking doors on both the main level and the upstairs to separate the guest area and our living space.
