Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the village of Thénac. It has a floor area of 121 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 10m×5m, open from May to mid-October. It is fenced off and covered with a tarpaulin for safety
- A beautiful private garden of 2,000 m² surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge
- A 30 m² covered terrace, south-facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Thénac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
