A beautiful place on a south slope in the middle of nature with a breathtaking 180-degree view over the valley. A spacious hide away with three houses, each with a swimming pool, private garden and lots of privacy. This makes Maisonneuve an ideal place for a large family with children. Tennis court in Azerat is just 9 km away while Montignac water sports can be enjoyed in a 15-minute ride. Lascaux, the Vézère valley with its rich culture, festivals, churches and castles are within easy reach. It offers a large garden, several terraces to play games, spot birds or deer. But it is guaranteed that at least once a day everyone will visit the meter-long table on the large terrace to enjoy the phenomenal view, the delicacies that the Perigord Noir offers and the get-together.
