Thanks to its infinity pool equipped with Jacuzzi, you will float above the Mediterranean Sea and the 160 m² terrace built in the Esterel Massif will be ideal to relax
The living spaces, the living room, the dining room and the open plan kitchen fully fitted in the outdoor area will make you enjoy an exceptional quality of life
Bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and have a private shower room
The entire villa is air-conditioned and heated and there are Wi-Fi connexion and satellite television in the bedrooms and the living room
Secured parking and garage.


A deposit of 5000 euros by bank transfer is due directly to the owner 7 days before arrival and returned within 7 days.

Our rates include 4 hours of cleaning per week as well as the end-of-stay cleaning package.

Deuxième séjour magnifique

Très belle villa avec vues splendides sur la baie de Cannes et les levers du soleil. L’aménagement extérieur avec la piscine infinie et les jardins fleuris est tout simplement superbe. L’intérieur, très lumineux avec sa grande fenestration, se fond avec l’extérieur. Nous y avons séjourné il y a quelques années et l’endroit est toujours aussi magnifique. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Perfect Côte d’Azur Getaway

Villa Roc is as advertised in the previous reviews. Matching the 5-Star views and location is the home itself. The wall to ceiling, sliding glass doors in the spacious and comfortable family room provide an amazing indoor/outdoor experience. The oversized gourmet kitchen, ample dining room table and outdoor dining area has everything you need to host your family or a dinner party. If dining out is more your thing, there are fantastic restaurants minutes away in Théoule-sur-Mer and near Plage de la Raguette. Having a car is recommended, however, the train station is minutes away if you do not want to drive for day trips. Easy day trips are any of the towns from St Tropez to Monaco along the coast or venture inland to the Loup River area and visit Grasse, Gourdon, Tourette-sur-Loup and St Paul de Vence. One final note: The concierge service provided by Jeroen helped my family feel right at home. Thank you Pierre & Brigitte for a FANTASTIC family vacation!
