The Space:

Guests have full access to this tropical villa, including 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus an exterior bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added comfort. The villa also features a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a cozy living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with all amenities needed for your stay. A laundry area and a private car park with an automatic gate add convenience. The villa is located in a secure compound with CCTV in common areas, ensuring privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the three bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and garage for parking. The swimming pool is also available for your enjoyment.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in Pru Champa, an upcoming clean and tropical neighborhood that offers a true local vibe of Phuket. Guests will find many great local restaurants nearby, with the highlight being the unique Phuket Old Farm Restaurant. Despite its peaceful atmosphere, the location is very convenient—Bang Tao Beach, Layan Beach, Nai Yang Beach, Nai Thon Beach, and Boat Avenue can all be reached within 10–15 minutes, giving you the best mix of authentic local living and easy access to Phuket’s most popular spots.



Getting Around:

For the most convenience, we recommend renting a car or motorbike, and our team can assist with the arrangements. Phuket also has the Grab taxi app, which is widely available and very handy for quick and easy transport around the island.



Other Things to Note:

• Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session.

• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

• A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs.

• The base rate covers up to 6 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 6 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 6 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
