　他の評価は良いのに悪い状況を報告することになるため、あえて評価を控えた。 　しかし、評価依頼が何度もくるので書くことにした。 ａ　ロフトと地上階の温度差が大きく冬は下は寒く上は暑く過ごしずらい。 　サーキュレーターがあれば少しは良くなると思うけれどギリシャにはないらしい。 ｂ未完成あるいは施工不能の設備（ロフト用同軸線、レンジフード、配線・排気ダクトなし） ｃ物件所有者と管理会社双方から連絡があり、責任の所在が不明瞭。 ｄ破損箇所（トイレ洗浄ボタン、シャワーヘッドホルダー締具等）を放置している。
