Lovely holiday

Lovely house in a great setting, perfect location for a relaxing holiday Only negative would be the lack of an information folder, we had no idea how things worked or how to look after the pool etc Also the property could benefit from some sort of fly screens on the windows as bugs were a major issue The property is in need of a bit of maintenance as there were damaged furniture, fittings and furnishings Having said that we would return

We had 3 Wonderful Weeks in this nice house. Everything looks like on the pictures and the whole house was just like made for us. The only thing which was horrable was the wooden Toilletseat, please buy a new plastik one. Wood is not the best material for a toilettseat in a Hollodayhome. But this is realy the only point which was not like it should be. S. and G. Albert

Schönes ruhiges Haus für entspannten Urlaub

Absolut super Anwesen für einen entspannten Urlaub zum runterkommen. Lediglich die sehr schmalen Doppelbetten (1,40-1,60) und die fehlenden Fliegengitter sind zu bemängeln.

Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung sucht - wie wir - ist im L'Ispanina bestens aufgehoben. Für Highlights in der Umgebung ist der PKW unverzichtbar. Tolle Erlebnisse sind u. a. die Gorges des Termines, Lagrasse, Cap Leucate, Peyerepertuse u.v.a.m.

Très bonne maison de vacances

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. La description et les photos sont vraiment conformes à la réalité et la maison est parfaite pour des personnes cherchant le calme et le repos. Nous avons d’ailleurs dormi avec les fenêtres ouvertes tous les soirs , preuve du silence qui règne dans le secteur. L’espace terrasse est fonctionnel et bien protégé du vent , la piscine est propre et est très agréable avec cet été caniculaire. A conseiller pour des familles ou groupes d’amis cherchant le calme donc , les zones balnéaires et toutes leurs activités étant à 35-40 minutes de la maison.

Une jolie maison sans vis à vis, tranquille et très accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. La terrasse un plus pour déjeuner dehors. Je soulignerais qu'il manquait des couvercles pour les casseroles et la sauteuse et un petit plus dans la maison, une pendule. Nous avons pu faire de très belles ballades.

Mooi huis met zwembad

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het huis. Een aantal punten hebben wij als goed ervaren en er zijn nog wat puntjes voor verbetering mogelijk. Punten die wij als goed ervaren: - zwembad aanwezig - mooie omgeving tussen de wijngaarden - ruime keuken - grote bbq buiten met aanrecht en wasbak - fijne ligbedden bij het zwembad - er is een wasmachine aanwezig - we kregen een vriendelijk ontvangst door Maryluce - er is een boxje met muziek aanwezig, hier hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt Punten die nog verbetert kunnen worden: - er waren heel erg veel muggen, motten en andere insecten, maar er is geen gaas voor de ramen in de slaapkamers. Er was ook geen airco waardoor het raam wel open moest vanwege de warmte. - erg veel lawaai s’nachts van de boeren die de wijngaarden verzorgen (wij waren er in september). Ook de sprinklers in de tuin maken veel herrie. - wij sliepen in de kamer met twee aparte bedden (deze leek ons het minst warm). Het rechterbed kraakt heel erg als je je omdraait. - wij vonden de bedden vrij hard. Maar dat is voor ieder persoonlijk weer anders natuurlijk. - het zwembad water was heel koud waardoor we minder gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad. Ter info: De dichtstbijzijnde grote supermarkt is ongeveer een kwartier rijden. Veel asociale mensen in de supermarkt en omgeving. Het strand is ongeveer 40 minuten rijden.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce logement et la maman de l'hôte a été d'une gentillesse énorme. Nous reviendrons sans doute chez vous car nous adorons la région et surtout le calme qui règne à Lezignan . Encore une fois merci à vous et à très bientôt j'espères.

Very good spacious home. We fell at home and had a Wonderfull stay. Narbonne and especially Carcasonne short enough with our car. Even the beach in good range. When coming back to the home good relaxing, outdoor kitchen with nice BBQ and cosy place. Un grand merci, on se sentait chez nous. A la maison. Pour nous c'était parfait! My ideal holiday home

I thoroughly recommend this lovely home. It’s ideal for single travellers like me, couples or families, with great versatile accommodation, & plenty of space inside & out. Ideally located for a relaxing & peaceful hideaway, or visiting the many local attractions. Fabulous beaches and city shopping are only a short drive away. This site is also very accessible by car, train or plane. I hope to be going back very soon.

Wunderschönes Haus mit fabelhaftem Pool zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im „L‘Ispanina“ verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Terasse und der Pool sind einfach fabelhaft, sowohl zum Schwimmen als auch zum Verweilen. Der kleine Garten ist schön angelegt mit Blumen, Palmen und schönen Pflastersteinen. Wir wären gern noch eine Woche länger geblieben. Maryluce ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, für Fragen jederzeit da und ansprechbar. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

In the middle of nowhere...but that is clear from the description. Nice places to visit within reasonable driving range. Very quiet. Can be windy. Pool is an excellently useful size and depth. Well appointed kitchen.
