Stayed here for a few nights. The room was clean and the the staff were friendly and efficient. They kindly made Vegetarian meals especially as there was not much choice on the menu for Vegetarians. The non vegetarian menu changed daily and the quality of the food was good.

Horriblement cher pour la prestation proposée. De manière générale, l’établissement est décrépit et mériterait une vraie remise en état. Les photos présentées ne correspondent plus à la réalité ou semblent très retouchées. L’accueil peut être chaleureux… ou au contraire extrêmement froid selon la personne présente à la réception. Le repas n’était pas mieux : le poisson n’était pas cuit, les légumes baignaient dans l’eau et manquaient totalement de saveur. Nous avons également été facturés pour des menus complets alors que nous n’avions consommé qu’un plat. Résultat : presque 100 € à payer au lieu d’environ 60 €. Après le passage des femmes de ménage, le sol de la chambre était complètement détrempé et a mis toute la nuit à sécher. L’isolation des chambres est quasiment inexistante. Les volets ne fonctionnaient pas, tout comme le sèche-cheveux. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience est très décevante. Je ne recommande pas vraiment cet établissement.

Tellement décevant.

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple mais nous avons trouvé une chambre double avec un matelas posé au pieds du lit sur un sol sale. Nous avons donc dormi à trois dans un lit inconfortable et grinçant, ne pouvant laisser notre fils dormir parterre. La chambre n'avait donc pas été nettoyée, car en plus du sol sale, la poubelle était pleine des déchets des occupants précédents.

Si j'avais écouté la personne de la réception j'aurais réglé 2 fois ma chambre après maintes discution il a. Ompris que hotel.com m'avait déjà prélevé, impossible de le faire une facture sauf une facture sans la commission d'hôtel.com bref le site me fait également une facture chose que je ne savais pas sauf la taxe de séjour et le petit déjeuner enfin très compliqué lorsque vous arrivez fatigué a l'hôtel ...gentil mais ignorant d'hôtel.com où il ne trouvait pas la réservation peut l'habitude a mon gout mais nous ne pouvons pas appeler tout les hôtels un par un comme ils le voudrais lorsque nous sommes des professionnels de la route.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il offrait un service de restauration. Super déception incompétence du personnel pour la partie restaurant. Nous sommes arrivés les premiers à 19 heures ils nous ont installé en terrasse notre entrée a été servi à 20 heures puis à 20 heures 30 il nous annonce qu'il n'y avait plus notre plat principal alors que toutes les personnes à l'intérieur avait eu ce plat !!!!
