Staff are extremely courteous - the strongest point here However - rooms are dated; Aircon is pretty bad and the bathroom floors are slippery Suggestions for improvement- sort the central A/ C ; either go for non slip floors in the bathrooms or supply washable anti slip mats for the shower area

The room was functionally ok. Some of the accessories fittings and outlets were dated. Towels were old and worn out. Not enough desk space for anyone to work with Laptop. Gym was functionally ok but dated equipment too. But good enough for a quick day visit. Staff was courteous.

Old bedding with hard mattress... buffet was crowded with less staff...food was ok...but even coffee or tea was not available and many people were complaining for the same...so we left with out taking any...front desk was very good and smooth check in and smooth check out. Housekeeping simple needs were promptly attended...

The property was being remodeled, so our floor was dusty/smelly (they did offer us a replacement room, but we were too tired to change the rooms). The rooms and amenities look aged! Staff was excellent.
