From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail and natural materials make this home feel both luxurious and welcoming.

The villa features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a ground-floor suite with a private bathroom and TV. Upstairs, you’ll find two more cozy bedrooms and a spa-style bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The open-plan living space is fitted with a modern kitchen, large dining area, and a cozy seating zone with garden views. Step through the sliding doors to your private terrace—complete with a parasol, outdoor furniture, and a fireplace by the water—perfect for sunset evenings and morning coffee alike.

Situated on a peaceful stretch of Zeeland’s coast, you’re just minutes from scenic walks, watersports, and the charming town of Tholen.
