The staff are so friendly, engaging, and courteous. They were doing some remodeling when I was there. The area is easily accessible and safe with nearby dining options. If I’m ever in Thomasville, this is a place worth staying at again. P.S. They have an indoor pool!

Everything was fine except the renovations they are currently doing was causing the elevator not to work at times,and we had to wait 10 -15 minutes for them to get it working again. We had to wait to get up to our room one time,and as we were trying to leave for check-out we couldn't get off our floor to go down, waited about 20 minutes before they got elevator working again. That was our only issue during oyr stay.

Lovely location, staff is wonderful, and the accommodations were great. Freshly renovated and great food choices. Only issue is not caused by the hotel, the highway makes it a bit tricky to move around.

Nice place

It was good even they are remodeling. Staff was friendly. Pool was not open due to painting. Breakfast was good. Limited after the remodeling crew ate . Overall all would stay again after remodeling is completed so lower floors are avaliable. Convenient to almost everything.
