This house is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. It is in almost brand new condition. The location is excellent, right on the edge of Thomasville's downtown historic district, on a nice, quiet street. So 5 stars for all of those important things. That said, it is essential that you follow all the rules posted on the fridge EXACTLY unless you want to hear from the hosts. They keep a very close watch on their property, and you will hear from them if you make a mistake, disobey a rule or forget to do something, even if you are trying your best to be a considerate guest. They are polite about letting you know that they are watching. The hosts said that they will make it easier for guests to access the fenced back yard through the gates, which were impossible for us to open. We made the faux pas of storing our (clean and fairly expensive) bikes carefully just inside the entry of house, and I was notified during the night that is not allowed. And be sure to place ALL sheets and towels on the laundry room floor. One of my friends put a damp towel in the washer, and we got a message that one of the towels was missing. Other than the disconcerting messages, it was a great place to stay.

We were in Thomasville for Parent’s Weekend at FSU. Hotels were way too expensive in Tallahassee. This house was PERFECT! There were 4 of us, myself and my wife and our two kids. The house is perfectly situated near downtown on a quiet side street. Beautiful on the insight and out and very well appointed. Instructions from host on everything were super clear and they helped us out with an early check-in. The town of Thomasville is super cute, with great restaurants and a nice walkable downtown. Highly recommend!
