the room was very much in need of work, bad places on the ceiling and brunt spots on the carpet, the bed was not on it's base as it should had been. the toilet seat was very loose and the back splash on the vanity was broken. the room was clean, it was a fair price, the breakfast was good and the service and desk clerk were very nice.

Staff was excellent. Location was perfect. Too many ceiling leaks not repaired. Outside of that the hotel was super clean.
