NO outdoor shoes to be used inside the house. Please put all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, pods are located underneath the sink.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Please gather all kitchen garbage and put into provided bins located outside of the unit before check-out.
NO SMOKING INDOORS. $300 CHARGE IF CAUGHT. Checkout time at no later than 11 am. A charge of $50 for every 30min for over stayed after 11am .

You are looking at this house because you probably want to visit Niagara Falls or may Toronto. I will save you a lot of time looking around-just book this house! Seven of us stayed a week and the house had plenty of room. The host was responsive, responding within minutes to any questions before and during our stay. All the light switches were marked, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it just made everything easier. The house was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and just a normal neighborhood. The house is about 20 minutes from the Falls and about 1.5 hours from Toronto. You can do the Falls in one day-unless you want to feel like you are at the beach with shops, go cart tracks etc. I would recommend you not stay in Niagara Falls. We spent two days in Toronto-CN Tower, Ripleys, Harbor Tour, Blue Jays game-get the City Pass and save . Check out Lock 7 in Thorold as well; cross the border back in to Buffalo and check out the birthplace of the chicken wing at the Anchor Bar! We had a great time-the house was just perfect--the only thing this house needs is a slice toaster! There is a toaster oven-not sure if they don't make slice toasters in Canada or what, but that was the only thing that was a little weird. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! Oh-and crossing the border was a breeze so don't worry about that-just bring your passport!

Clean, comfortable well equipped accommodation in a peaceful neighborhood. Located close enough to shopping and attractions, and far enough from to totally disconnect. Early checking and late check we also offered. Highly recommended

Great space for a large group

The property was great for a large group, lots of bathrooms for a large group of women to get ready! The garage game room was definitely a highlight for our group.The kitchen was well stocked with most necessities for cooking meals at home.

It was a joy to stay at this very clean, well stocked, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house. Communication with property owner was excellent. The place was just as described in the write up, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. A nice place to return to after a busy day of touring the area.

Perfect Family Getaway Spot

We had a wedding in St Catherine’s and this house was a perfect place for my family to stay. It was clean, had everything we needed, there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. It was close to Niagara Falls so we were about to visit the falls during the day, go back to the place and then go back to the falls that same night. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short because of a family emergency and the host was kind enough to offer a partial refund. We are hoping one day we can go back to Canada to finish our trip and do the things we weren’t able to do. We would definitely stay at this house again.
