Over priced, parking is a nightmare. Front door hard to open, entrance unclean. No concierge, getting luggage in and out was cumbersome. Heating needed servicing when we arrived. Homeless in walkway to downtown eating. Not recommended

The staff were very welcoming and friendly but for the price I paid, I wish the room was a little bit nicer. Upon checking in we got to our room and it smelt funny, like body odour. The room was nothing special and there was no microwave. This was my first time staying in a fancy hotel, so checking in a hotel room that looks just like all the others, was rather disappointing. Also there is little to no parking available.

The stay started rough, but happy to say the service staff did their best to try to make it better. There was a large event happening in the area of the hotel, this parking and access to the hotel was restricted by parking staff. The parking staff would not let me drive to the hotel, which was about a km away, also the parking staff were unkind and used foul language. I parked and walked to the hotel, they staff were less than impressed with the event parking staff. I walked back to my car and had a second run in with the parking staff. Eventually, getting thru the parking staff. The hotel staff held a parking spot for me which was so very kind. Also the hotel staff gave me access to their pantry (snack options available). This was wonderful as it was fully stocked and had plenty of bottled water. My stay was for two days and two nights. After the first night, I did need the room cleaned so I put the dnd sign on the door handle. When I return that night, the room had been cleaned. This was particularly unpleasant as I had not wanted anyone to enter the room for cleaning. Over all the staff were kind and tried be as helpful as possible, that is most appreciated!

Basic hotel not very appealing for the price

Pretty basic room nothing fancy for the price you pay and only hotel youpay for parking in the city the only difference is its near water i had no choice to say there since other places were booked and my flight was cancelled and west jet didn’t accommodate me it was this or sleep on a bench outside the airport

Hotel was clean, staff was professional and kind, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to say what I didn’t like it would probably be parking when underground or directly outside the hotel was at capacity, was a bit of a walk to get from their off site parking to the hotel. Also no stair access, was forced to wait 45 mins in lobby as maintenance worked to get the elevators fixed.

The Delta TB property is ok, but the reservation by Expedia was not. I paid Expedia for room "extras" including car parking and a gas card, but the staff at the reception had no information about these.
