The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was fully modernized. Had all the types of ports that we required to charge our Apple devices. There was very little pressure in the bathroom sink for some reason. Lots of towels. Bed linens smell very fresh. Lots to eat in the free breakfast. Cereals hard boiled eggs, waffles scrambled eggs, sausage sausages, apple apples, oranges, apple and orange juice, great coffee dispenser. And porridge with raisins or hazelnuts are both was a surprise. The tater tots seemed a little undercooked. Would definitely recommend it just for the breakfast being that I’ve been at other hotels in the last two days that could not compete with this. I wouldn’t advise going out on the streets after dark because of the homeless people and the vagrants that might try to ask you for cigarettes or money. Unless you want to give away cigarettes and money.

Room small but clean. Heating worked well. Fridge made a bit of noise. Coffee superb and breakfast selection excellent, although one morning they ran low of a few hot items. Staff kind and helpful. Good location. No problem getting a late checkout if you need one. For the price you will not find a better place.

Got in early and they had a room available for us! Good workout room (dumbbells, bench, treadmils, elliptical, bike...) Breakfast was very good - eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, bagels, cereal.... coffee was excellent)

I was there for 6 days. I saw a couple of cold hard boiled real eggs. Otherwise the other 2 egg dishes were not real eggs. Served bacon only once. The rest were chicken sausages and beef sausages, which by the 4th day were probably left over from the day before. Coffee was excellent. Everything else was good. Toast, yogurt, cereal..hot and cold, fried potatos, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit. The bed was very very comfortable as were the pillows. I had to ask for a blanket ..there was only the bedspread on the bed. If I needed anything I only had to ask. Staff were very accomodating. I would definitely recommend the Superior Shores hotel to everyone.
