Your whole group will enjoy comfort and all basic amenities required from your home away from home. This property is conveniently located very close to Lakehead University and the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital. Minutes away you'll find the Canada Games Complex, Community Auditorium, and Thunder Bay's downtown core which includes shopping, many local restaurants and the Gateway Casino. Directly across the street is a bus stuff.
The property is one whole side of a duplex, minimal noise can sometimes be heard between the two sides but they are divided by a full concrete wall. This home has it's own driveway which can fit 2-3 vehicles. The backyard is shared with the other side of the duplex.
Please note there are cameras above the entrance doors that monitor the exterior of the property.
