Awful, the room is hotter than a plus 30 degree day in the middle of june. Took dtaff 3 hours to help out with a fan. Finally get the kids settled in and the alarm goes off for 30 minutes and scares the kids out of bed

The heating in the room was making sick, stuffy nose, face flush, headache. The symptoms subsided a little when I turned off the heater. But it got cold. Not much sleep. Upon awakening I called the front desk to ask for a new room. The maintenance man changed the air filter on the heater. Felt a little better. But I asked for another room. I insisted on a king size bed. Pria at the front desk was very helpful relocated to another room. Hopefully this will much better.

Nice room, clean comfortable beds. Hotel was extremely busy with conferences and lots and lots of kids. Large parking lot. Close to restaurants. Pool and hot tub area were consistently busy.

The Good- Excellent Staff. The Bad-Just about everything else. Neglected property. Noisy all hours. Not sure if it is a subsidized hotel but I would not recommend.
