Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The Stable is one of three barn conversion holiday cottages situated on a working farm just a few yards from the Pentland Firth. Immaculately presented throughout and with stunning views across the sea with the Orkney Isles clearly visible, The Stable provides a wonderful base for a memorable get-away-from-it-all holiday. The main living accommodation is open plan. The living area opens up through French windows to the garden beyond and affords the most incredible seascape views. The kitchen area is bright, modern and well-equipped and there is a modern dining table for four. The spacious bedroom is attractively furnished and has a super king zip and link bed which can convert to twin beds as required. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The Stable is situated close to some of the most fantastic beaches in the UK. With miles of golden sand and massive sand dunes forming a backdrop, the nearby Dunnet beach is simply spectacular. Surfing, body-boarding, sand-buggying, swimming, horse riding and wild-life watching are all local pastimes, yet this superb beach is never crowded.
The Stable can be booked together with The Byre (CC511322) and The Barn (CC511324) to accommodate up to 8 guests.
