On check in I was told that I had been upgraded, which was a nice surprise. The room was very nice & even had my favourite Steven Brown picture on the wall. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasty. As someone who doesn’t drink tea & coffee I appreciated that there were sachets of hot chocolate in the room.
