Really nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking spaces, rooms can be a bit noisy sometimes, great breakfast and good value evening meal options, will definitely stay again.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Had a really late check in on Sunday, no problem. Karen at breakfast was super friendly and helpful, good selection of breakfast options too. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet (other than some knob ends coming back from the bar on Wednesday night and deciding to do some door slamming before having a row in their room). Good menu for evening as well, staff super friendly and helpful, could always get a table too. Will definitely stay again.

A very good independent hotel in a handy location. Nice rooms, easy parking (including electric car charging points) friendly staff and a decent included breakfast. Has a bar/restaurant and is only a short walk from Thurso centre. Perfect for the one night stopover we needed.

Was in the area for one night stay. Staff were welcoming, room was great - had a really comfortable sleep and the shower was very good too. Breakfast was good. All in all I would recommend.
