Chalet 'Cœur De Mélèze' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Thyez, on a sunny slope in Haute-Savoie, this detached chalet of 152 m² on three levels can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, which has a corner sofa and a fireplace.



Upstairs, three bedrooms, including one with a private bathroom, each have two single beds (90x200 cm, can be joined on request), as well as a large bathroom and a separate toilet.



You will enjoy mountain views and many amenities: Wi-Fi, portable speaker, washing machine, dryer, workspace, panoramic sauna (4 people), jacuzzi under a bioclimatic pergola, and various baby equipment. The chalet also includes a garden, a south-facing balcony, terraces with awnings, outdoor furniture, a plancha, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table.



Four parking spaces are available (two in the garage and two in the courtyard in front). An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. A storage area for bikes and skis is at your disposal. Smoking or vaping inside is prohibited. Events and pets are not allowed. Only guests who have booked the chalet may stay.



All shops are 1.5 km away. The Grand Massif ski area is accessible via Morillon or Les Carroz at 18 km. Nordic skiing and hiking at Agy at 12 km. Portes du Soleil via Les Gets at 20 km. Annecy and Chamonix are 45 minutes away, while Lake Geneva (medieval town of Yvoire and Excenevex beach) and Geneva are 35 minutes by car. Saint-Gervais thermal baths at 28 km. Swimming and fishing at Lake Thyez, hiking trails nearby.
