Embedded in the beautiful landscape in the centre of Lanzarote, the holiday home Villa Clara 2 is located in the town of Conil on the outskirts of Tías and offers breathtaking views of the natural scenery as well as a dreamlike pool area. As part of a residential complex composed of 3 holiday homes, this romantic flat has a spacious, light-flooded living/dining room with beautiful archways and an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 single bed, the other with a double bed and one single bed) as well as one bathroom with a bathtub and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and a washing machine. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a large pool and a generous terrace equipped with recliners and a couple of tables. Here you can sunbathe below the warm sunshine and refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool, all the while admiring the stunning view of the rugged mountains and volcanoes of Lanzarote. Take a stroll through the garden in the evenings and round off your day with a glass of wine on the terrace. A supermarket as well as a couple of restaurants and bars are located a 2-minute drive from the property while a great variety of shops are located in the centre of Tías, about a 7-minute drive or 4.4. km away. To explore the beautiful nature of the island, you can head to the golden, sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen - about a 15-minute drive from the residence - or explore the collection of natural parks on the western side of the island, which are located a 5-minute drive away. Immerse yourself in unique and stunning nature of Lanzarote’s volcanoes, countryside, and sandy beaches!

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Booked last minute, the host was easy to communicate with and was very kind. Property was in a stunning location, only a short drive from the main town. Highly recommend.

Séjour très agréable à la villa Clara

Nous avons bien apprécié cet appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, propre, agréable, calme, avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Clara. Bien que n’étant pas en bord de mer, nous avons apprécié qu’il soit central et à proximité d’une grande route pour se déplacer sur l’île.

ESTANCIA MARAVILLOSA EN LANZAROTE

Somos una familia de cuatro miembros, con dos niños que viajan con nosotros. El apartamento es tal y como se describe en las fotos, y nos encontramos muy cómodos en todo momento. El lugar es muy tranquilo y esta muy bien situado para visitar toda la isla de Lanzarote, puesto que se encuentra bien comunicado y en un punto central. También podrás disfrutar de numerosas bodegas, puesto que esta enclavado en medio de la zona vitivinícola más importante de la isla. Para nosotros fue todo un acierto, y seguro que repetirémos si volvemos a Lanzarote en el futuro.
