Casas ZEN Comfortable and quiet place

Comfortable and quiet place where you can enjoy a magnificent pool, share the best breakfasts and evenings on your porch and disconnect from the world.

The apartment is located in a complex of a total of 28 apartments, 14 low and 14 on the first floor.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor, once you pass the common area until you reach number 113 you will find a porch and the entrance door to it.

Upon entering the apartment we have the living room with a double sofa bed and in the same room you will find the kitchen divided by a counter, where you can take advantage of both cooking and eating.

Passing that stay we enter a corridor between 3 and 4 meters located on the left side of the apartment where on the right is a door that gives access to the service (bathroom).

And the corridor leads to the room with a 150 cm double bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. It also has a corner window, the window has 3 doors and is very bright.

In the surroundings (when leaving the complex through the front door), we have 2 supermarkets (Hiperdino, Supermarket Maguez) and a large area like Lidl. There is also a bus stop, dive center, hardware store, pharmacy, restaurants, laundry, fish shop, veterinarian, hairdresser and Tour Operators along 200 meters. A fairly equipped area of services and where the nearest Shopping Center is about 500 meters. Before arriving at the Mall we will find a SPAR Supermarket, Health Center, CORREOS office and Civil Guard. Right in front of the complex we will find the nearest ATM (you will only have to cross the sidewalk).

Leaving the complex through the side door is also a PADEL Club, where you can enjoy a cafeteria, paddle tennis courts and 2 tennis courts and where you can rent the paddles or rackets (you will not have to travel with them if you are a lover of any of this sports).
