The apartment was very spacious. The view was perfect. The building looked a bit tired and in need of some TLC. The terrace walls were a bit of a mess with plaster flakes falling off daily. However this could have been due to the weather, which was pretty wet and cold.We had two weeks staying there which was comfortable enough. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable but the frame it sat in was not. It was too wide and my legs were bruised at the back trying to hoist myself out and over. Nice toilet and shower with the added bonus of a washing machine. I only needed to speak to the host once re clean towels, and that was resolved within a few hours.All in all it was a nice apartment with a lovely view and in a great position for the Strip and the Harbour. Great little eating place just opposite the Fariones Hotel called Flamingo. Great choices of food. Well worth a visit. We were a couple and for us there was plenty of room in the apartment.

Just What Was Needed

The outside of the property is nothing to write home about but inside it has all you need. Yes it could do with a little time spent fixings some plastering and a few broken floor tiles but overall we had a very pleasant stay. The memory foam mattress was not to my liking but that’s not to say the bed was uncomfortable. It was just a bit weird digging yourself out of the hole your body had made when you wanted to turn over. Overall we would not hesitate to come back for the price it was very much more than adequate.

Great Location for PDC harbour and old town 5 minutes and access to main PDC strip 10 minutes. Beach 3 minute walk.plenty of lovely restaurants within minutes walk and a supermarket just out of the apartment turn left then right for heavier items such as water. The French restaurant just by the apartment is also very nice. Playa Chica is 3 minutes walk away a great place for snorkeling as sheltered and there is also a snack shop there for drinks and ice creams. We knew where the apartment was located prior to booking, when you first see the apartment block it does appear tired but the apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. Over the 10 nights we were there the towels were changed 3 times and bedding once. We would stay again as it was perfect location and a quiet area.

Die angegebenen 95 mÂČ entsprechen in Wirklichkeit eher 50–60 mÂČ WohnflĂ€che plus ca. 12 mÂČ Balkon – eine ziemlich deutliche Diskrepanz.Besonders enttĂ€uschend:Bettlaken mit kleinen brĂ€unlichen FleckenSchlafcouch fĂŒr die dritte Person ungewaschen und nicht eingerichtet, ChipskrĂŒmel drauf, stark fleckig und sichtlich am Ende (defekt durchgesessen)Nur eine Decke fĂŒr drei Personen vorhandenSehr lauter KĂŒhlschrank – auf der Couch zu schlafen war fĂŒr meine Frau wegen des GerĂ€uschs unmöglich.Deutlicher Schimmel im Duschbereich (wurde glĂŒcklicherweise am nĂ€chsten Tag vom Management fachgerecht entfernt und neu versiegelt)AbblĂ€tternder Putz auf dem BalkonExtrem hellhörig – NachbartĂŒren und Fernseher klingen, als wĂ€ren sie im eigenen WohnraumDazu kamen viele kleine, aber nervige Fehlstellen: fast keine KĂŒchenutensilien in vernĂŒnftiger Anzahl/Zustand (z. L’appartement est trĂšs bien mais il n’y a aucune insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’appartement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et surtout le chien laissĂ© seul toute la journĂ©e.
