Located atop the peaceful Macher hillside, overlooking Puerto Calero, the glittering sea and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura, the villa La Cabaña is an oasis of holiday relaxation and boasts absolutely stunning views. It is placed on a plot of land of 5.000 m2 (the hall has 65 m2 of surface). Its interiors have been designed by a well-known interior designer, who has furnished the house with high quality pieces and has also elegantly decorated it incorporating subtle and innovative touches. La Cabaña consists of a luminous living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (with king size beds) as well as 3 bathrooms (all en-suite, 2 with outdoor showers) and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The villa can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the entire house, a Bluetooth system and television. The eco-friendly home is furthermore equipped with solar panels. The spacious outdoor area of the property centers around the turquoise pool (heated from October to March) and a terrace, which offer a panoramic view of the rugged scenery and sparkling ocean in the distance. Feel immersed in the stunning nature of Lanzarote, particularly during the island’s famous sunsets, which color the sky in warm hues of orange, red and yellow. Outside you will additionally find one dining area, a private barbecue to prepare culinary specialties, and a large garden planted with mango and lemon trees as well as a large variety of palm trees and cacti. A private gym is also located in the property. The villa is located 5 minutes of the sea and near some regional organic markets. A few restaurants and a supermarket are about a 6-minute drive away while the large selection of shops and the sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are 6 km from the property.



Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The airport is 12 km away. A 2-hour daily cleaning (obligatory) is included in the price.
