This fantastic luxury villa is located on one floor and is equipped with high-quality materials and finishes. This fantastic villa has three large bedrooms, consisting of a large suite (king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom), a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with two single beds that shares a large bathroom.
It has a fantastic modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. You can sit and eat comfortably in the living room at the large dining table (or of course outside under the special canopy and sit comfortably in the lounge with a large comfortable L-shaped couch to view the full International o, a British, Dutch and German TV channels or from our hard disk you can watch more than 300 videos from our extensive collection. There is also Netflix. We also have high-speed fiber and broadband internet so that you can stay up to date with the outside world if you choose.

Finally, and probably best of all, you can relax and unwind in the sun in our beautifully extended terrace and pool area. With a large dining area outside under a large pergola. You can play table tennis, billiards or sit at the bar and barbecue area to enjoy a refreshing drink. The villa has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful climate of Lanzarote.

Our villa has three large, bright bedrooms. The master suite consists of a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with two single beds and they share the large bathroom. Each bedroom has storage space for your clothes and a full-length mirror.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Puerto del Carmen Beach. Laundry facilities are available. The villa offers a private pool and a kitchen.

Amazing experience

Last minute booking and we got really lucky in finding this villa and lovely friendly hosts. Really Lovely 3 bed , 2 bathroom villa in a quiet area but not too far from shops. A short 15 min walk to the Old town or 10 mins to the beach front strip. There is a safe and alarm system that was easy to use and a great security feature . The villa is outstanding in amenities . Full kitchen ( we didn’t cook lol ) . An amazing welcome pack of fresh fruit , snacks , some water , soft drinks and even beers! Three generous sized bedrooms , the master has an ensuite and the other two guest bedrooms have twin beds and a shared bathroom . There is wifi , aircon in each room ( if needed ) also a tv system that allows you to watch films and tv from your country if you need a sit down . Outside is the swimming pool , a hot tub , a pool table and cues , and a table football . Bbq and seating area overlooking the pool plus some inflatables if you need them . A drying area for swimming clothes or washing out the back . Plenty of books , games should you require any . The Hosts were very friendly and greeted us like old friends . Communication was excellent at all times and we wished we could have booked two weeks instead of one . We hope to come back again soon .
